First Grow Setup- Any ideas/Suggestions/Comments?

This is my first detailed psot and i would jsut like to say im glad to be here!!!

Without futher ado here is my setup!

So, i have a 400 watt MH for veg (12 inches from tops of plants) and a 400 watt HPS for flowering (when the time comes), both are 6 inch diameter cool tubes. I also have a 4 foot 50w fluorescent tube that gives of 5000 lumens, i have it set up on the wall about 3 inches from the tops of my plants (for a bit more added light). I have a 2x8 closet which im using the 2x3 spot in the middle. I have 6 clones (about 4-6 inches each with 3 gallon pots 10 inches in diameter, i am feeding them 6.0 PH tap water withcalmag and some pro-silicate.

My MH is connected to a carbon filter and an inline fan with the exhaust running out of my closet into the attic. Its about 80-90 on a daily range, it drops down to about 75-80 at night (depending how hot it was that day). I have also purchased a portable AC to make my bedroom cooler (and in turn make my closet cooler).

I have had the clones for 5 days now and havnt seen much change as of yet. Im afraid the heat might be a problem but im not sure. I would like help getting my grow room down a few degrees.

I have attached pictures for you guys to check out. I took off the doors to my closet and turned off the grow lights (for better pictures) Any comments or suggestions on my setup are VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

I am realy trying to do this right the FIRST time.

hahaha thanks man, ya i spent about a grand for everything so far (including the AC machine). Im not exactly sure how fast these things should be growing haha. good luck too you to man!

Everything lookin good, I'd use a larger inline fan, 150cfm isn't much, especially running through all that ducting out. What kind of intake are you doing? You need fresh air, at the least circulate it with a oscillating fan. Looks great, I'm on my first grow and 1 week from harvest, everything went well, stay here on RIU and you'll get things dialed in. Start a journal as I did and you'll get help from reputable people, I know I did, check my journal, link in my signature.

Looking good, let's see if we can sort your ventilation, high temperatures can slow growth and cause heat stress, which shows as the leaves curling and possibly turning yellow at the tips.
It is easier to move air than it is to cool it, and I think it's the fan that is letting you down. With hid lighting you want to be able to move the volume of the room at least once a minute, more like 2-5 times. I didn't spot the height of your ceiling but I'm guessing 7 foot-ish? making the room 112 cubic feet, so really you want a fan that will shift at least 300cfm, I would go for more like 400+. It is always better to have a bigger fan than you need and run it on a thermostat or a speed controller, rather than having one that is adequate running at full tilt all day long.
Have you thought of running the lights during the night, when temperatures are cooler?
If you don't wanna get a really big fan, you could always get one around 250-300 cfm and use that to exhaust hot air from the top of the room, through your carbon filter, then use the one you already have to vent the lights with their own cool air intake.
I'm out of ideas for now, hope you like one or more of those!

So i wasnt sure if i should continue a grow log on this thread or what. I figure ill just post updates of my babies here, until i get an answer as to what i should do

The first 6 pics are single shots for each plant, the order of the picture corresponds to the list above. The last 2 pictures are of the green crack plant, it has some weird curl on the middle leafs of 2 separate fans... im confused as to why this is happening, im almost positive they were like that when i bought my clones last tuesday. Any help would be awesome!

I also noticed that plant number one has 3 leafed fans... is that normal?
