first grow stunted and slow

i started this discussion in cfl lighting the thread is called 1 box 1plant 5 bulbs if u would like a little more detailed info. they suggested i also post my pics here to see if anyone could help me. no i do not have a ph meter but i will be picking one up this weekend. my plant is 9 weeks old only 8" tall and 8" wide has a little nute burn. my nute is liquid miracle grow for indoor plants its 8-7-6 and its gets nutes on saturday when i water it thats then the top 2 inches of soil are dry. thanks for any help.

miracle grow sucks how many watts is that bulb

thats about average hight for a floro grow, no worries there, but yeah as soon as you get that ph pen things should get better for you assuming that the wilting/burning is from ph lock out. but if your ph comes out correct, then i would have to guess that its over nuted just a bit.

ok i transplanted it to a bigger pot in fresh soil and added a hood over the lights. its looking a little perkier already. hope this helps. and those cfls are 23 watt 800 lumen bulbs yes thats correct they suck i know im getting 250 hps soon.
