Good morning growers,

So I'm trying to figure out about how much longer I should wait before starting the final flush on my girls. It's the end of week 7 in flower (since first pistols). I'm thinking a week and a half to two weeks more of feeding and then start my 2 week flush but I'm a noob so I'm not sure. I was able to rig up a "microscope" with my magnifying glass and iPhone but I will be ordering a legit one soon. Let me know what you guys think!

Thanks wiethe! Do you flush at all? Assuming you even grow in soil.. Is flushing even worth it?
I'm new as well, have done a few, so I sure someone will come on here and say I am wrong, anyway first off the look really good! And nutrients you are feeding? Say I have a 11 week plant, at 8 weeks all I feed is water , and yes I soil, way better taste and smell then hydro

Thanks man! Right now im feeding FF Big Bloom, Dyna Grow Bloom, and Bontanicare CalMag once a week. They are getting really thick up top so these next few weeks should be interesting! I can't wait to sample!

Final Phase

Some prefer to never flush their plants. When grown organically in soil that doesn't salt up the roots some find they don't need to flush their plants. When some nutrients are added to a plant the roots become coated with salt. When my plants get around week 5 they don't drink as much water. By week 8 they are only needing water about once every 4 to 6 days. I use Final Phase for flushing. It starts stripping the salt off the roots very quickly. After a couple waterings the plants begin requiring water just about every day or so. The cool thing for me is watching all the buds that had finished growing in size start growing small buds all over the buds! That may be what some call swelling? All I know is the buds never grew like that when I didn't flush the plant with FP. I tried it with plain water and the plants just hardly took water in at that point. Final Phase is made for both soil and hydro. I grow in soil - 1 teaspoon per gallon of water.
