Are you giving that baby nutrients?
If so, she's too young.
Like trying to feed a baby a T-bone steak.

They should definitely be bigger.
Live and learn.
You will see a dramatic increase in growth over the next week.
They were severely stunted from nutrient toxicity.
The new growth is not so badly damaged and the next leaves should be fine.
As long as you take it easy on the nutes.
You wouldn't give a baby a T-bone steak would you?

Just remember light is the true food, everything else is just supposed to help.

Dude, there are ALOT of adjustments you can make to improve your setup. The 1st thing is more lighting. You need to go out and get DAYLIGHT CFL's 100w Equivalents atleast 4-8 of those bad boys and get them in there about 3 inches from the plant. No Nutrients the 1st 2 weeks. Then slowly get inthere with 1/4 nute tab at a time. If you are willing to spend some time reading... Click on the AEROGARDEN Guide on my Signature. It will answer all of your questions. Just start from page 1 and readt through about 10 pages.. this will help ALOT.. also take a look at my 1st & 2nd grows.. look at the pix and read the thread... tons of answers to your specific questions... THE AEROGARDEN GUIDE WILL BE YOUR BIBLE. we are ALL there to help....

Good Luck Bro

I think infrared bulbs are for heat. I know this cause i use to have a bearded dragon and used it for heat in conjunction with another bulb.

These are the ones you need, they sell them at Walmart. These are for vegging. You will use these throughout the whole veg cycle. If oyu go to my 2nd grow journal and look at how I have them attached to the AG with clamp lights from homedepot with $2 Y-spliters... really simple.
