ok, so im currently at about week 3 maybe, 1st week after the seedling stage. I'm growing some critical + from attitude seeds in FFOF and haven't given any big time nutes except superthrive last wednesday. Let me know what you guys think of my baby. I'm gonna be either topping or fiming it and do some LST, let me know your opinions on that to. The LED in the last pic is just for the bottom branches and gets turned on every other day. I would use it for this plant but because of the space im in its not stealthy enough. it is also now at 6''

You've got some beautiful looking plants. I'd start flowering them now, if you wait too much longer they will just be fluffy stretchy buds with the limited light you have. Soon as they hit 6-8" tall, 12/12! :)

No, don't start flowering now. You can avoid stretch simply by keeping the light tight on them and keeping a fan blowing a VERY gentle breeze across the top of the canopy. Veg them to about 12" then top back to about 8", veg another week, then cut back to 12/12 if you're not going to improve your lighting. LST is not necessary in a plant that small. At least if you top once you can increase the number of colas, increasing yield.

If you're only using the CFLs you can bring them down to within 4-6" of the plant. Just put your hand over the canopy after you drop the light, if it doesn't burn your hand after a minute or so, it's at a safe distance.

I'm gonna be keeping the cfls cause thats what i can do for now in the space im in plus its my first true grow. i wanted to go to 1ft to get a nice size yield. i'm trying to get as much as possible from this one with what i have ya feel me? right now my CFLS are 2'' away from the top of the canopy so that the bottom leaves can get that extra bit of light. i was also thinking of giving them some advanced nutrients, right now i have botanicare veg and bloom and liquid karma

The plant triples in size before its done flowering. If your CFL's have penetration issues now, imagine when the plants are 3x that size. :) I dont know why the other poster above you is saying not to flower now, I really cant see *any* reason to delay it.

For nutrients, just pick a brand and follow their feed charts. Watch the plants over a few days after you change anthing.
