first growing my weeds,need some help

This is the first time to grow weeds in my 4*6*8 cabinet, what kind of lights should use, normal bulb, or HPS or LED lamps? Which one is better for me

Well for one i hope u got more seeds or are good at transplanting seedlings because that is way too much forbthat small a pot not even two will work well in that small pot get yourself some plastic cups n drill or cut holes in the bottom

1 seed per pot, try to use smaller pots to start.

lower ur light to quit the stretching.. i usually only fill my pot up half way, then when it starts to stretch i add more soil to the top to support the seedling..
