First Hempy Bucket

Alright you guys!

So I have a hempy bucket set up, and I was told that I can start my seedlings in just perlite. What I have been doing for the pass day now, is just watering with ph'd water around 6.0 - 6.5. Its currently sitting the dark, on a heating pad covered with saran wrap over the pot.

I am using Fox Farm Nutrients the trio (Big Grow, Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom)
Lighting: I'm using a 400 watt cooling tube
Area: 4x4x6.5 ft tent
With two fans

My question is am I doing this correctly? Because I realize my seedling isn't getting any nutrients from just that perlite. So Should I be missing in a super small dose of the Big Grow only?

Its my understanding that some people see their seedlings sprout around the 24 hours later. I am-- however-- not seeing this. Could it be a bad seed I was given. Or should I have the light turned on while its trying to sprout.

im sure the seedlings have a little bit of nutes from the small round leaves that sprout from the seed for at least a few days to a week..? . i grow in coco and have to feed every time, but i used a tiny amouth of nutes when i saturated the coco to pop seeds and fed once every 2 days after, but nutes hold in coco for a little time, im not 100% with perlite..

I generally get sprouting at 72 hours or so.

Why would you want to start them in just perlite? Put them in soil where they want to grow. Don't make it over complicated.

What if my seedling are not sprouting, I planted this last seed I have Saturday today is Monday the soil on my jiffy pellet is still moist and still has a lot of weight to it.. It's in my closest an it's not very hot in there. Should I turn on a heating pad under my the dome tray to help create humidity.. I planted the seed 1/4 into the soil.. My water was ph'd around 6.5.

I can't think what I could be doing wrong for my girls not to be sprouting.

Any tips to guranteed I get my seeds to SPROUT every time not just GERMINATE
