Hey guys, I'm a new registered user to the site, but have been reading for months trying to get enough knowledge to get started. So I did!

I started with 3 Sensi Star x Red Dragon
3 AK-47

9 600w HPS lights
78degree daytime temp
70 degree nighttime temp

Medium:
50% Ocean Forest Organic Soil
25% Perlite
25% Botanicare ReadyGro Moisture Mix

Nutrients (Veg):
Botanicare Pure Blend Pro (Veg)
" " Liquid Karma
" " CAL-MAG+

Watering every other day. If anyone has any pointers, I would GREATLY appreciate it. I'm doing this on my own, and this forum is my guide! Thanks everyone! :)

I had a question for any more experienced growers here. I'm trying to do some things to preventatively keep root rot and fungus gnats at bay. I noticed a few fungus gnats today, and want to take care of it before it becomes too big a problem.

Use 1 part 3% Hydrogen Peroxide to 4 parts water. Water plants with this and it kills off the lava in the soil and will not hurt the plant

Yeah you can't use that stuff with organics dudeski..

Use Hygrozyme and some organic insecticide of some kind from the hydro store or online.

Peace

Yes you can I grow in FFOF and it works great with out hurting me or the plants insecticide (who would want to smoke it after you add insecticide organic or not)

OK, here's what the ladies look like tonight (this morning for them). I'm deciding on which methods for the gnats and will be putting something up about it tomorrow. Here's how they look! Comments and suggestions greatly appreciated!

When taking your pics try to get them without the grow light on them, it's hard to tell what the plants really looks like.

Put up some traps for the gnats, and since there were only a few to begin with it managed them effectively. New pics up tomorrow!

OK, Flush went well! Plants seemed to really enjoy it, I ensured there was about 90 percent run off.

I started the dark period 8am 2-11-09 and will run the dark period to this evening 2-12-09 at 7pm for its first 12 hour light cycle. That would be a total of 35 hours of darkness in between light cycles.

Now going to be using:

Pure Blend Pro Bloom Soil
Liquid Karma
CAL-MAG+

Also, a 1 time shot of AN Bud Blood
