First LED Grow

This is my first post of any grow I've done.
I've been quite till now always done what I can with out jeopardizing my family.
I have quite a bit exp. with various grows from when I was a young teen till now...
Here goes, this is an test about LEDs

Tent: 2x4x5
1x400 watt full spectrum LED panel
1x300 watt full spectrum LED panel

4" ventech fan cfm 190
68watts
Carbon filter

2 clip on stationary 6" fans for air circulation

All from seed Obama Kush
LST grow
Heavy 16 nutrients full line
Roots Organic green lite soil
Roots organic OREGONISMXL
Peak Harvest humic acid test

So I planted 6 seeds, thinking I would get a male or 2, they are all female. Oh no!! Lol
But seriously not sure what to do... start flower now?
Upgrade tent and lights?
Scrog it?
It seems too crowded...

Lol ur fine m8, maybe a double scrog tbh. Did you prune? If you want u could kill 1 or 2 it's all ur choice. I have 5 plants right now and if they're all female I'm killing atleast 2. Gotta be heartless.

Man they look nice. You've got a good amount of heads, I would start flowering. I have same size tent and it can get crowded in there with 6 ladies.
