First LST

My first try at LST with my BB CHEESE AUTO what do you guys think any advice anything would help.

Still young yet but we'll on your way. You have a fan on to strengthen the stalks correct?

Yes I do I have it on a timer with the lights 20 on 4 off

You can keep the fan on them constantly. It helps strengthen the stalks

Even at night when lights are off?

Yep !! 24-7.. hell multiple fans..
They don't need to be blowing directly on the plant but anything you can do to imitate natural growing conditions. It also helps with heat..

Yea I took her down at 101 days. She is curing now, doing a slow cure on her.
Her final weight is 10 OZ !

10 oz that's great. looks very pungent and frosty. so 101 days is that what the breeders say? Is that considered a ultimate auto?

Whats considered a slow cure?

2 weeks to 6 months!
Alot of growers I know are so focused on the grow they forgot that drying and curing is one of the most important steps" the final step"! There smoke is harsh to the lungs and smells like grass.
We could talk for hours about proper curing..

I've had grass smelling bud before not very pleasant but would deff be nice if you can explain the basics and the maximum time to cure. How long are you going for? Happy new years to you and everyone on ROLLITUP smoke it up

Dont b scared of LST, they luv it.....& respond well, heres 1 that copped it early in life , but a bit more savage than your doing

What exactly do you do to train the ladies?

I bend tie wire in a U shape & push it into the groung , with the branch between the U, when another branch appears , which will b sooner than later & it gets to about 3-4 inches , down it goes............this 1 has had about 4 or 5 pushing down , & i mean at right angles.........when they overhang the pot i tie string with weights on it.......whatever it takes to keep em low in veg.......they just throw out more branches

call it what u like , all i know is, it works & well............most important ...........dont be scared............get into it........youll see the rewards, they wont look like a xmas tree , with a few branches hanging out the side.........if ya that worried about it , & your growing 2 , do a side by side trial, cant be fairer than that!!
