First Organic Grow

I just started germinating seeds for my second ever grow, and I would like to have it be all organic this time around. I work on an organic farm and we use Sodium Nitrate, Potassium Sulfate (or Nitrate?), and pellitized chicken manure. We buy these by the ton on the farm, but I am not sure if it is too strong, etc. to use for growing single plants. Does anyone have any advice on how to mix it, how much to use, how strong it is, or how effective it is?

Thanks. I appreciate any suggestions.

If I already had the resources from your farm I would be dancing! All the stuff you mentioned will work for ya. I might think about adding Bat Guano & Nutes for micronutrients, sugars, etc.

You don't have to worry about soil I'm guessing, but find a good mix & make your own. For your Nutes, I might think about adding 1's made for marijuana. I use the Earth Juice collection, along w/ Bat & Seabird Guano. If I didn't use EJ, I would go w/ General Hydroponics or Advanced Nutrition. (Just because it say a Nute is made for Hydro, it can be used w/ soil too.) You already have a big advantage over most 1st time growers, in that your family has an organic farm!

That knowledge you already have is priceless! I would have loved to had that kynd of plant knowledge when I started!

1 Question:
Are you growing indoors or out? I would add different thing I didn't mention w/ each. Hope I could help!

For Chicken Manure pellets, use a one to ten ratio. IE; one shovelfull of chick shit to 10 of good, matured compost and/or compost/native soil. I haven't used the pelletized before, but I would soak the amount required overnight so that it will break up prior to mixing with your soil. The "Tea" from the soaking, using sparringly. Placed/poured on compost pile would work. I would delute it one to five with good water. It's very rich manure, high in nitrate. Too much, You'll burn up your plant. Don't add high nitrogen supplement to your soil, like fish emulsion, etc, when using chick manure. When the veins of your leaves becomes stand-outish, pronounced, you've used 'almost too much manure. The Epsom Salt (Sodium Nitrate) is invaluable. Use 1 hand full per plant's "growing area". NOT one handfull at the base of the Baby. Mix & mix your soil prior to using the soil. Mix till you puke.... so the Babies little root system won't have to choke on shit or salt. You need some "Thrive", (not Super Thrive) molasses, greensand, and liquid seaweed also. Hope this helped.
