Sounds like you have it down. I'd also add some perlite to your mix to help lighten it up a bit.

See now this is where im a lil confused, how much of each should I mix into the soil and how long should I let it cook. What would be the right amount for each ingrediant, cause I don't wanna burn my plants up

organic u wont burn anything...follow the directions will get u close then ull establish ur feel, don't overthink & make it tough than it is, if u get the soil half ass right, ull do fine. a man wouldn't want to hook up with a female that's as resilient, and tough as these mary j gals

I'm by no mean an expert (if you want expert advise, here's a good place to start: https://www.rollitup.org/organics/636057-recycled-organic-living-soil-rols.html) but from what I've gathered you can risk burning your ladies if you don't let your soil mix "cook" for a bit. The standard is 4 to 6 weeks.

Also, you don't want to start seedlings in this mix as they can burn very easily. I would start seeds off in a 1/3 mix of peat/quality compost or EWC/aeration.
