First Outdoor Grow

Growing outdoors for the first time in containers. Plants look healthy, started from seed indoors. I planted Maui Woowie and Jack Herer cuz I prefer Sativas.
Moved outdoors June 1st and they are about 9ft tall (including planter). They started to flower last week, is this normal even though they are getting 13 + hours of sunlight?
I just started giving them Tiger bloom since they are flowering. Pots are about 30 gallons, worried about them getting root bound, but have no way to transplant them now.
