no daisy chaining will help you keep a cleaner setup. Which should be and simple as plugging one into the other.

And lets sum it up , you want a mix , go late your uppers will be couch lock then your lowers will be a more daily work mix.
Do you mean chaining the 2 LEDS together or adding an HID and chaining all 3? Personally if this were my garden. I would have the LEDs on the sides at slanted angles and the HID in the center....like this /```\
woah, now that.. Is more likely.

The 2 LEDS. I have no idea if it would save energy ( i doubt it , in my opinion ) And bk i agree. I also am a fan of HID. I would have the LED on sides. I did this with prior CFLS

Chaining the 2 LEDs serves no purpose if you have the ability too keep them close together to begin with. Daisy chaining is pretty much exclusively used with HID and air cooled reflectors

See what I mean...I know sunshine did not mean any harm with that reply. But, it illustrates the fact that there are a lot of opinions and advice out here about maturity and harvest time. But, at the end of the day it is YOUR grow.
I agree with you. Get a scope and learn
From what I can see dude you just need to add more light those babies look healthy so more light should fatten the next round nicely. Most of your bulk will come in the next 2-3 weeks

I would have the led's on e bay and buy hps,not dissing your grow you done great for your first one
Why not keep the LEDs? They can only help the grow. If the OP is in need of $ to buy the HID then ok. But, why get rid of them if you don't need to?
