first post, first grow

my first post as well as my first grow. jst got a 400w hps and lookn at a bubbleponic set up space is 4'x4'x5' any tips on nuets to use with the bubbleponic? can i use hps thru seed to flower? how do ya get those phat plants of all bud oh yeah grown some Chiesel seeds well attempting too lol
