That is too bad about having to harvest a little early, but it should be almost completely done, so it could have been worse. Normally if the plant looks like it's still growing vigorously, I would recommend 9 weeks of flowering for sure. You may be able to tell this through the darkness of the hairs, also the newer growth can be identified by being a lighter green. Also consider what you plant did when put into flowering. Did it form buds almost immediately, or did it stretch then start growing bud. Obviously from your photos it looks like there wasn't much stretch and buds came pretty quickly so I would say two weeks should be almost perfect anyway, so don't worry, be happy.
But what I really wanted to talk about was the really nice pictures showing your setup and various elements of your grow. Nice job taking the time to get some nice shots. Nothing worse than when you see what looks like a sweet grow, but some dip-stick is trying to bob to Eminem while waving his cell phone camera around. This person simply has no sense of composition. For other reasons I have a Digital SLR, but I love using it to take pictures of my pot, you get the most intense detail of your buds, and everything just looks crisp. Even colour correcting in photoshop is a good idea I think, if you're into that kind of thing. Check out some of the shots of my grow box, I wasn't trying anything crazy, just some really sexy shots of Lady Jane, hehehehe.

Bud growth can be hard to see near the end of flowering as newer growth slows but the bud should continue to swell. So your plants should still be swelling, although I'm surprised that there's not more bud above the leaves. Usually you see a large portion on the very top that is simply bud. also there's not one single orange hair. With these conditions I would expect to see small buds, so this is where I'm a little confused. Maybe you don't have a nutrient overload, but some sort of deficiency. I like to use Molasses and bat guano during flowering, simply because it's idiot proof, you don't need to measure some miniscule amount of fertilizer, you put a spoonful of both right into the watering can, stir, and Bam, youre ready to go, plus I can do this right up up harvest knowing my plant is getting all the nutrients it needs, and I'm not exposing myself to any chemicals that will cause my kid to have a third ear or something. Most people seem to agree a little natural Molasses during flowering will increase bud growth. Try it next time bra.
