First time direct from seed grow.

I am trying my best to help a foreign friend another continent away, with his first grow from seed. He is pretty well versed in growing, just from clones and is hoping to get some feedback. He provided me with these pics:

96 Hours after planting seed direct from rockwool cubes (ph 6-6.5) tap water.

Already roots showing.

This little guy seems to have stalled because he has looked like this all day long, as if he's stuck on trying to grow out of the rockwool. All three seeds were planted at the same time. Is this guy going to grow?

Not as close as I would like him to have the light to the plants, but any closer the temp jumps from 81 to 85.

Questions, how do they look? Why are the leaves curled down? Humidity was like 85 when this pics was taken but has dropped to 65%

Also, seeing as the roots are showing already after 4 freekin days, when should these seedlings be transplanted into the 20 gallon bubbler system?

Thanks for the help. My friend must be a tard, he lives in Amsterdam and needs my help from thousands of miles away ;-). ;-)

Light: Lumatek 400w

Do you think there will be stretching from + one foot distance from the seedlings to the 400w MH light?

The 400w light, gives off like 36000 lumens. It is reccomended to have about 2000 - 5000 per sqr foot.

Seeing as it is covering about 2 square feet at the moment. I'd say move it up another foot or two or three ... Seedlings just like clones do not need very much light in the beginning.

I would suggest about 3 feet above it and move it down an inch a day.

after about 14 days should be old enough to handle it at full capacity.

My only concern is stretching, but if this wont happen if the light is placed that high, then this is great news. Thanks!
