Im not 100% sure but arent fox farms nutes organic,I have read a lot of posts from people useing organic nutes in dwc and it can be a pain in the ass, depending on how many plants you plan on growing 5 gal buckets work great as long as you can keep the nute solution temps in check,I have 4 buckets linked togeather with an 18 gal tote as my res,I have a pump in there the circulates the solution once every 2 hours.I insulated the buckets with some silver insulation stuff, and the res I also insulated my self with a box I built out of plywood and then I used that spray foam insulation in the can and it worked great(if you do the sprayfoam make sure to fill the tote with water)my first dwc was a learning experience and now I got myself an easy to maintain system that didnt cost hundreds and so far my second grow is doing just fine. good luck

Yes you can use fox farm in DWC. Try to find a thread here by closetgrowh. He used fox farm with good results.

That should be a good move. I've had nothing but good results with FF in soil. I've just converted to dwc and so far everthing is looking nice. Also if your not running the soluable trio I would highly recommend the investment. I've personally have had a noticable overall improved quality and more times than not higher yeild and in the grand scope of things its really not that costly. good luck
