First time from seed! Advice and help needed!

Hi all! I have a little plant that’s doing great right now, but the other day I found some seeds and figured “hey, why not? Let’s try it”. Germinated 2 in paper towels, one took off and grew through the towel in 3 days, the other one took a few days longer.
Anyway, I’ve never tried growing from seed. It seems to be stretching already a lot. Anything I can do to help it?
Also should I leave the dome on or take it off?
Leave it outside or bring it in under LED?
This is the faster one that went through the towel. Grew those leaves in 11 hours since it was planted, I’m kinda impressed.
Any help is appreciated, thanks yall

In My Opinion, I would bring it in under the led, depending on how strong your led is keep if fairly far away 2 to 3 feet, If she starts to stretch bring the light a bit closer until you notice her stop stretching.
I agree ganga gurl420 that you really don't need a dome over your girl. it may start to get a bit of rot so I would take off lid and let her get the air and light she needs.
on the other hand that one that is sitting next to her looks like a nice one too.
Good luck keep up the good work.... and no question is a bad one. :)

Took the lid off the one outside! I had another question though, when do I pot up from the seedling soil? I’m assuming when I can see roots in the cup

Correct you should wait until you see a good amount of roots, I've actually let mine get about 10 inches tall in my solo cups.
