How many times a day should I open the lid of my mason jar and for how long?

Once a day....if they are to wet when you open it the first time then leave the lid off or dump the in some paper and spread them out for a day.Back in jar and open once a day until they are how you like them.

Here is my other RRF and super cali haze. Well since I harvested a plant I had lights to go around! So on my super cali haze I have 3 26w 6500k cfls and 4 26w 2700k
On my RRF I have 2 26w 6500k and 6 26w 2700k. The problem I found with the AG is the space, like it seemed too long of a wait for only like an ounce, I might go with separate buckets or a 5 gal tote for 3-4 plants. Can I still use the lights on the AG? I just need a figure 8 cord?

Yeah if you get a figure 8 cord you can use that to plug it in. The AG is great to start out with, you can still use it to take clones n stuff like that, or start them in the AG and move them to bigger containers.

Yeah I saw that and I added a little more CALMAG, seems to be doing a bit better.

Nute burn on the big leaf?

My small one got heat burns!! One of my cfl's moved out of place

i may be wrong but i think that may be light nute burn. also the edges of the leaves are curled up a little, i'm sure thats a sign of something, might not be related. google it and i'm sure some looking at some pics will help diagnose ur ladies. good luck bro

If you have the money. The T24 from Sunblaze is a great replacement light for the AG hood. For $130.00 I got the 4 bulb light with 4 veg bulbs, and 2 flowering bulbs from the local hydro shop. I just pulled the hood off and hung it right over the AG. Bulbs are way cheaper than AG. I figure in the long run it will pay for itself. I fit 6 AF plants under this light in a small grow space.

I'm thinking of getting an hps system but i can't decide between an air cooled or just an open one. Can I just have a fan pointing to an open hps reflector?

I have an open one and my exhaust fan is so strong I have trouble keeping the temps high enough!! lol

It seems so expensive to get an air cooled one compared to one that isn't, and I bet I can get the same effect if I have one fan on just the light

Thats what im doing with my 400 watter, i just have a fan pointing up at it.

Well in about a week I will be starting a new grow with a 400 watt hps and 5 gallon buckets. I will be growing 2 alaskan thunder f@ck and 2 blue dream. I wont be buying seeds anymore, instead I'm going to buy adult plants ready to flower! Gotta love being a legal smoker!

Just got my 400 watt mh/hps system! I already started germinating 8 seeds and have 10 snowryder waiting their turn to be germinated! I'm going to set it up in the next couple of days and take pictures.

Where did you end up purchasing your light and if you don't mind me asking...how much did you pay for it including shipping. I am in the market to up my wattage!!!

After researching a bunch (I love to find deals) I landed on the 400 watt mh/hps system sold by amazon, it only cost me 166 bucks including shipping. The device isn't fancy, it's very utilitarian and to the point.
Nice me too! the last nugs I got were to fluffy and looking for the dense rock hard nugs!
