First Time Grow, Help a Newbie

nice. bet that stunk to high heaven growing that haha. going to have to be careful with those skunks I ordered, might save em till I move out tbh
 
Im a first time grower, i know the whole germination method, but i dont get when i have to put them under lights, when should i put them under two flourescent lights 23watt each?please help

Get some good equipment..moister, ph, nutrient meters to assist you. That way you don't have to play guessing games with your babies.

you can put them under the lights straight away as they are CFL they give off barely any heat, and 2x 23w isn't bright enough to do any damage

its impossible for me to use a carbon filter atm, cant drill or cut that closet at all, so its either passive control like gel / ozone or ioniser

its alright for some! were on the fifth floor in a tower block, no balcony or else I would use that instead! I could hook up a carbon filter to the ceiling and duct it to the far side of the cupboard room, would that work with no extraction?

you just going to leave your cupboard doors open to let the heat out? you could have a carbon filter running in the room , be best for when things get smelly.

yeah, i open the door every now and again, the temp is at 35c at 400w, so already a little on the hot side... and completely unusable at 600w... i dunno if a carbon filter would work well just cycling the air around instead of extracting it?

edit - 35c door closed , 30c door open

thats hot mate.............carbon filter would help keep the stink down for sure........you are going to stink the block out lol
