First Time Grow Plant already in trouble!

Hey there guys. I recently picked up 2 clones from the club and had them growing outside for the last 3-4 weeks. One plant is doing outstanding and growing like a champ, but the other smaller clone seems to have been shocked by the heat and has started shriveling up and seems near death I took it inside and currently have it underneath a small 13 watt CFL about 6-8 inches away from the top. Most of the larger lower leaves have pretty much dried up, but at the very top new leaves still seem to be growing. I loosened up the soil a bunch and dripped water all over the plant so it will regain some moisture.

2 Questions: Do you have any suggestions on regaining the poor clones strength? And will this 13 watt CFL provide enough light for growth? Please help! Thanks

i dont grow indoor but i think cause the club has it indoor and you through it outdoor and probably stunned it.but that is my guess and no not enough light watts

Yeah i'm sure they were grown indoor at first. But the other one that came from the same place has totally took off

well alot of my friends got clones from clubs and through them outdoor and they died and only like a couple survive.i think when they get bigger you could through them outdoor..you should post this in marijuana plant problem,so somebody could tell you what really is wrong this was my guess.

looks like a ph or nute lockout problem. try flushing the soil. if u have a ph tester, use it.

Yeah I mixed up the soil a bit it seems like the original soil it was placed in as a clone is super dense and the roots aren't able to penetrate into the other soil mixed in. I'm getting a few stronger lights from my buddy tomorrow so i'm not sure if this 13 watt little CFL will even do anything...
