First Time Grow White widow autoflower Need help with prep before germ.

This is my first time growing. I went with White widow autoflower. Im growing outdoors in Mass. It says to germinate and then put them straight to the final Pot because they are autoflowering. What size pots shld i use and what kind of soil mixture in each pot? I need help basically like step by step process from germination to putting them outside. Im very excited and appreciate the help.

I would use at the very least a five gallon I’d do ten myself but autos are always a hit or miss with me either they’re good and big and healthy or real small and short and do nothing spectacular

I have the seeds germinating. shld i start them inside after they germinate put the seed with the sprout in a smaller pot an let them have 18/6 of light dark until they are about 6 to 12 inches tall than shld i transplant to the 5 gallon buckets? Or can i put the seeds with sprout tall right in the 5 gallon buckets outside? This iz the soil im using for the first 8 weeks ows this stuff?
