You aren't providing enough info. Are you doing Hydro or Soil?

I am a soil grower and just stick with the Fox Farm organics stuff.

I am a using soil and also trying Fox farm. I have purchased 60ml bottles big grow, Tiger Bloom, big Bloom is this your first time if not how do you keep your plant nice and healthy

You keep the plant nice and healthy by doing plenty of research, and also gaining experience over time, to learn how to read the plant and know what she needs when she needs it. If you're using FFOF though, you have enough nutes in the soil for roughly a month of veg, so I would not recommend adding any nutes right now

But in the future when asking for advice it's a good thing to provide the most information you can, it generally gets you a better response
