First Time Grower - Grow Box

First time poster ive been browsing quite abit during my grow which has helped me quite a bit but now i need some advice on my grow box

Made out of two plastic boxes im currently lost on ventilation, as you can see i have 120mm and 80mm fans i managed to obtain quite a few of them but im not sure how i should go about it with such a small grow area

Im using a 250w CFL so it shouldnt get to hot in there my only idea was using a 120mm for the intake and a 120mm and a 80mm for the exhaust but im lost on it and not sure if'll work right so i look to you for help ^^

I haven't built one of these boxes but I would suggest you use the smaller fan for venting in and the larger for venting out with the outvent being high and the invent being low on opposite sides of the box from eachother.

would it be alright for them to be on the same power to run 24/7? i know the exhaust has to stay on but what about the intake should i have it on a seperate plug and time it together with my light?

Ide run it 24/7 Fresh air is always a good thing - contrary to popular belief plants don't sleep and do need to breath in the dark
