First time grower here can’t figure out what’s wrong with my plants can someone please help

this is what you need my friend! Allows air to get underneath the fabric pots (thats like 1/4 of the surface area) It is essential for fabric pots in my opinion!) Also allows much better drainage and mitigates negative effects of overwatering.

also it wouldn't hurt to veg a little bit longer. when i started out I did what you did and LST aggressively and flip to flower early you end up with bonsai trees. If you let them reach sexual maturity before flip (alternating nodes instead of opposite) they will stretch a bit more in my experience.
