First Time Grower in Need of Help

Greetings to my extended botanists family. United growers of the maryjane I come to you as a first time hydro grower. I'm excited about the grow I've began but seem to allow my Purple OG #18 to outgrow my tent and need suggestions on keeping her comfortable without to much stress. I allowed her to be in veg. cycle for about a month and a half. Tent is 2'X4'the tallest kola is about 4.5' from the ground. She is in week 2 of flowering I know I can possibly tie her kolas away from the light but it seems if I bend the kolas it will split where she was initially topped. Any suggestions will help... will upload more pics if needed.

Thanks to all....420 THC CBD

can you supercrop or are the branches too woody? you know you snap the branch but dont break it off. at ths poin about all you can do without extending your tent height, that is why when i buy a tent ill get gorilla so i can have taller ceiling.
love and peace

Good luck with that king.. Wish you would have made some good bends a couple weeks ago cause now that your two weeks in there about done with there stretch phase.
Honestly it seems you have a couple options;
One you can cut a few top branches away from the lights, or
Two you can bend them anyways even tho the stretch is done. You'll just end up with a crap load of popcorn size tops...
lol I screwed up on my last grow the same way.. I made some cuts and bends, but fewer cuts cause I didn't want to cause shock in flower. Same goes with snapping branches in flower so if you bend them be gentle.

I would suggest just topping again or supercropping like DCobeen mentioned.

Don't super crop... Not during budding. It can stress your plant and cost the nugs density insted just pull it Down to the side. Same thing as super cropping but not breaking the stem

It's a little too late in the game to think about getting good clones out of her or even redirect growth. She wants to give you bud, so I would think you'd want to make her happy while she buds. Test with how far you can bend her, even if it's just enough to keep her from frying. Do this a few minutes after a good, heavy drink and she'll be more willing to co-op with you. Try it with a smaller Kola first, and think ahead about your tie-back method. I think you do have to tie it from the lights, and thinking ahead of how it can work for you next time around. ;)

Take her out of the box/tent and raise the light.. MAKE SURE NO LIGHT GETS TO IT IN THE DARK PERIOD. That's how you herm your plants. Tin foil the walls if you don't have flat paint. ( make sure to use the dull side of the Tin foil.) to reduce heat spots ) also and you useing led???? If so heat shouldn't be a problem

There is absolutely no reason why you can't super crop 2 weeks into flower. That's usually when I do it to ensure an even canopy after stretch is done. I've super cropped even later too with no bad effects, unless you consider chunkier buds a bad effect...

I've super cropped out doors 2-3 weeks in and that's what happened to mine

First off I would to thank everyone who has given advice throughout the thread. The suggestions given has been helpful and will see if I can bend the kolas without possibly breaking and shocking the plant. Considered topping the bud sites away from the light source but afraid of less dense nuggets, shock, and small popcorn buds....so I'm leaning towards tying away from the light.
