First time growing from seed

Hey everyone just curious on how my seed is doing. I have it currently under a 120 volt 26 watt grow bulb. I planted it sometime around Christmas. It appears healthy so far but the leaves are growing at odd demensions. I know there’s way better lights out there but I’m working with what I can afford. I do have a 300 watt LED Light but I figured that would be too much for this seeding plus I’m using it to grow Blackjack. I could use some advice and tips since I’m new to growing.

This is really a touchy thing.
Myself im running light nutrients from day 1 technically. ...

But for newer growers it is advised to start a 1/4 strength nutrients when the embryonic leaves start to yellow

They look pretty green so far.

Just dont try to make them grow faster and you will be ok

I think it looks good, and the 26 watt bulb is perfect for seedlings in my opinion. I aim for about 2-4 in. from the plant. I am not sure about what you mean by a grow bulb, but I imagine it is a cfl. What color is the light (Kelvins)? As far as nutients go I would say that depends on a lot such as medium, environment, and genetics. But as the good old hippie says, "She will tell you when she thirsty and show you when she is hungry". with that being said don't water until that cup is dry as hell and light as a feather (Don't go overboard though) and don't feed until she starts to lighten in green or show signs of deficiency. Cold smoke is right about the seedling leaves being a good starting indicator of the plant getting hungry and those leaves are her first meal. And ALWAYS start any nute very light 1/4 strength is good.
