heres some pics of my veg box and some new flowering pics for ya.. 4 weeks after flip, 3 weeks after showing pistals.

you can see some clones in my veg box which are only there for the time being i have a seperate box for clones.. just transplated 6 rooted clones yesterday and going to pick 4 more when they have decent roots.. that way i can veg for a week and send 4 right into flowering.. then ill have 3 left for mothers which will be on the right side and will leave me 3 clones to veg for 3 weeks.. im putting 4 into flower after a week of veg to allow me to get on track with my perpetual every 3 weeks.. so yield wont matter much on the 4 going in right away but will be curious to see how they do which is y im doing 4.. normally ill pry only run 2-3 per 3 week veg..

veg box has a ply wood door that covers the poly as well

also wondering if by bud leaves should be this yellow so early? this is my first grow in 2 years.. first time hydro grew in soil for a couple years before.. most of my leaves look pretty green bud on a few buds the very tip bud leaves are yellow ( maybe 2 or 3 buds) is it from lack of nitrogen? im still using grow nutes just half of what they used in veg.. using fox farm trio

Things are looking good so far man, as for the leaves i found this pic the other day maybe it will help

I saw the strain i'm growing at a commercial grow (the guy who gave me my 2 clones showed me his operation) and ALL the fan leaves had gone yellow but the buds looked great and he said that it did that everytime. Im hoping i can show him different lol, but it could just be the strain.. now if its a strain youve grown in soil before and it didnt USED to do that then i'd look at possible deficiencies.

thanks man yea im pretty sure its just lack of n.. i just dont know whether to up the n or stay where im at with it.. cus i dont want them to focus their energy on leaf production at this stage.. hmmm and the iced grapefruit was the only one i grew in soil before and that one seems to be doing fine its just the c99 thats showing some deficency i believe.. it will propally help on my next runs through once i get each strain seperated in their own scrogs then i can adjust each strains nutrients accordingly.. i should have just used these 3 as mothers but was to anxious to get some in flowering and dint want to wait for clones at the time...

soup thanks for the chart ive seen that one before.. i currently have lights about 12" away.. i think that chart might be a little off on the lumens it shows that a 1000 watter only puts out 110k lumens whens it accually more like 140k

thanks, would you just lightly spray the leaves? what about the very tip bud leaves that are yellow on a few buds? i dont want to spray the buds to promote any mold..

hmm not sure about mold... but i think it evaporates fast enough plant just eats it. Also make it 1/4 of your regular strength if you do (dont want nute burn) . Foliar spraying is new to me to.

thanks for the advice, i used to foiler spray in soil during veg but i know alot of people refrain from it during flowering once buds are developing... i think im going to wait for now, i just recieved my ph meter in the mail as i was just using the test drops before so if anything im thinking that my ph in my resevoirs get outa wack inbetween top offs and changes.. now ill be able to keep a close eye on it as i think some n was being locked out due to raising ph..

Lookin good dreamzy! Howd your ph levels turn out? When foliar feeding in soil what strength ferts did you use? Was that also fox farm?

thanks for the comment! i have 3 strains in there not sure if you read the rest of my thread but the c99 should harvest around 55 days which will be 420 weekend! that would been from first pistals however ive heard c99 has been harvested at 55 from flip so we will c.. but the iced grapefruit will go 9 weeks so about another 5-6 weeks and the laughing buddha will be more pry 10 r 11 weeks

Anyone else have any suggestions on the yellow bud tips only on a few buds? I finally got a ph meter as I was just using the test strips before so I do know now that my ph was jumping up to 7 in between res changes.. I have this problem fixed now so will the bud tips get better? Following fox farm nute schedule and I set ph to 5.6 now to give a little play in it.. Just got the ph in check a few days ago so will they recover with time? They are still filling in nice.. Also I noticed a few very faint what I believe To b spider webs but checked all over with a magnifying glass and found no spider mites.. Cld they just b from a reg spider geting in the grow room? The webs were almost invisible and only a couple very faint webs.. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

I've been fortunate enough not to have to PH my water. I've found that if I do things get screwed up in a hurry. As for the leaves it looks like a nitrogen problem. Just get yourself some sort of bloom booster because they have the higher N that you need. Also remember spiders are our friends.

Thanks mike.. Would you suggest it's just a reg spider that got in? No signs of mites.. But the web was very hard to spot..

Spider mites to my understanding are really hard to see unless there's a group of em crawling over the buds. For good measure I'd take a magnifying glass and go over my plants(which you did) if I even thought there was the possibility of having them. Probably a spider somewhere, check in the corners for it and anything that's has enough space for it to get under. Me I'd like to know what it is that's in there with me.

mites chew the leaves and leave spots that look silverish almost transparent and usually from the bottom up and they are actually not that hard to see. The best way i could describe the look of them is like a little piece of sawdust on the leaf and if you touch the area around the "sawdust" the mite will retreat.IMG_2086.jpgthis is a pic of the damage the mites cause, so if you see this kind of look on your leaf you have mites

Hey yes thank you very much for that!! So I think I've come to the conclusion that just a few of my buds got bleached from the intense drop of the hps.. I lowered the light to much to fast.. I have now raised lights and new growth is looking better! I thought it was off that it was only a couple buds bud after doing research I'm positive it was bleached.. Top bud leaf turned white on the one bud..
