First time with nutes

my plant has showed some slow in growth over the past few days so i think its time for some nutes, its about 4 weeks into veg if that helps anyone

any info on what kind of ferts, how much and how often would be awesome.

shes about 4 weeks old now, 7in. tall w/ 5 nodes. growing in an organic soil mix of perlite, vermiculite, worm castings, potting soil, blood meal and lime. 2 flouro lights on top. one 20 watt and one 15 watt with three 26 watt cfl's set up around the sides of the plant. timer is on 18/6 and a fan is set up for air circulation.

although the soil is organic im not necessarily looking for organic nutes, anything you guys recomened organic or not

also, i dont have access to a well stocked nursery so if anyone knows of some good ferts that can be found at a lowes or home depot that would be awesome
