First Timer, Having Trouble Diagnosing

Hello, first timer here needing some troubleshooting assistance.

Growing indoors under LED, light is a foot away.
DWC in hydroton clay pebbles, distilled water phed to 6.
Reservoir changed every 7-10 days, on general hydro flora series, using GWE's chart because the GH chart is too strong.
32 days from seed (week 3 veg).
Aerated 24/7 with air stones of course.
No signs of root rot.
I may have given too many nutes too early and this could be nute burn?

I was thinking a zinc deficiency, but I'm a novice and would really appreciate another opinion.

What are the environmental conditions in your grow? Also, what is the ec/ppm of your solution?

maintains 75 degrees during the day about 67 to 70 at night. Humidity stays anywhere from 55 to 65 percent.
I currently don't have a ppm meter, I will be ordering one in the next couple days, and will get back to you on that lol

Light too close. Move it to 2foot back. And let the plant grow up to it.

When using distilled water you have to think about adding in many micronutrients like calcium and magnesium. The nutes might have enough micronutrients, but maybe not.
You see on the chart is say calimagic is optional for R.O water, what’s reverse osmosis which has a very low ppm. You using distilled also has a very low ppm.

Early nute burn. Not terrible. Current Cal/Mag def. Add to feed. Spay once a day for next two days with 1/4tsp epsom salt/gal water foliar. Nute issues are done. Will not recover. Maintain proper levels forward.

I see. That was really easy to understand and I'm face palming on why I didn't think of that myself! I'll be sure to fix the problem asap! Thank you so much!

What exactly do you mean by "Will not recover"? I'll be sure to tackle those problems, I'm glad I consulted these forums before the problem got out of hand!
