I havent used dyno in awhile. Are these rooted in this or is this a cloner? If they are clones make sure your using a more bloom nute as the P and K promote root growth while nitrogen promotes leaf growth. How often do you mist the leaves as you need to until roots pop as thats only way they can drink or eat.

these started as seeds. the 2 big ones have roots going down about a foot into the chamber already.

They do look to be nitrogen short from the color. What temp is the water in the actual res? 70 is a bit cool for the air temps should be closer to 78 80 F with res temps around 65-70 F. Yes an air stone would help but there seems to be a nutrient defeicency looks like nitrogen

water temp is 67 right now. I'll move the light closer see if I can get air temp higher. yeah there is a bit of a nitrogen def, I didn't put in nutes until about 2 days ago so I'm gonna give them a few more days before I tweak the nutes

Water temp or air stones are not your problem.
You have a slew of problems my man..

i would definitely back off the ppm a bit

Like I said you have a slew of problems that I could only remedy by knowing every little detail of what you have been doing.
The one thing that I can say is that the ppms are a little high and you definitely have some type of deficiency.
IMO it is not nitrogen because nitrogen def starts from the beginning of the leaf. Not the tips
