Five Week Super Silver Haze Strain?

Just got 20 clones from a friend of a friend who swears these things are finishing up in between 35 and 42 days in flower. I have a hard time believing that, but he gave another strain to a friend that looks like it may be done in like 7 weeks. Apparently he is searching out high yielding quick flowering strains and has found a few.

Does anyone know of variety of SSH that finishes in between 35-42 days? Seems crazy to me, but I may have stumbled onto something awesome if the herb turns out high quality. Even if you only got 75% as much as you do with a 9 or 10 week strain, it still means lots more bud harvested per year.

Anyone have experience with super quick finishers? What's the quickest you've seen?

Quick-finishers are usually just a case of early harvest. I have no doubt that the SSH looks incredibly frosty at that age, so it would get you very high. I'll bet you have a hybrid though. Grow it out, see for yourself.... and post pics so we can watch.

42 days?? Try 10 weeks, ssh takes forever. Cut soon and you'll be left with a shitty parinoid high. Take ur time, it'll pay off in the end.

IVE got super silver haze, vanilla kush, bubba kush, and hashmaster coming down in a week.... ill pos t pics , when it take them lol. now with super silver haze , theres a 9 week strain and a 11-12 week strain,.............. i met franco from green house seed co. , at the marijauana convention in toronto this past june, he said this is a 9 weeek strain, i havnt smoked it , but looks killer and smells amazing , like a sweet tea almost, i have smoked super silver haze from the medical clinic a year ago, was amazing, thats what turrned me on to this strain,,,,,,,,hope its the same 1 lol like i said pics soon to come

im actully letting it all go 67 days ( 9 1/2 weeks) and all the trriclones are turing milky right now , so today is day 61,,,,,,,66 th day is last day of light, 67th in the dark, 68 day pick

Dude, right now, I hope you read this, I pulled a golden ticket out of a runty bullshit batch of seeds. Garden Ablaze Seed company, Twizzler. It's kosher Tangie x cherry pie. Somehow it reinvented the original cookies (super dense, platinum thumbnail buds with almost zero trim to be done). It's purple, flopping, flushed, with 30% amber at 47 days from flip. Absolutely phenomenal structure, aroma, sour cherry terp, rosin is incredibly stable pressed at 350 with almost zero greasing. There are two main phenos, a tall stretchy mom with a heavily derbin f1 structure and a berry tannin at work somewhere. Looks like shit (really good, but I'm not a derbin fan). Then there's the squat super-cookie pheno (2 of each pheno in a 10 pack from my pull).

Here's the thing though: I had 3 seeds covered in trych mold after a day in a paper towel, one triploid absolutely mickey mouse fucked up male, and then the moms. It's obviously a bad run of seeds, but that pheno is the future of connoisseur cookie strains. They're still available right now, it's all I'm running from here on out. Month veg 2 toppings in pure coco 3 gallon fabic pots, straight to flip, 16 pots in a 4*8 with 20 cxb3070s at 1400mA over them with my room at 78 degrees at 45% humidity. I'll throw some pictures up. It might be such a short flowering pheno because I'm using the most powerful light on the planet right now, but I think it's genetic as everything else in the multistrain test garden is still looking like 8-9 weekers. They're still selling the beans all over the place, snap them up as soon as you close this tab. Also, breed this lady, or keep a male. It's called twizzler for a reason, all the leaves are tiny, but on 9 inch long bright red stems. Such a beautiful plant, I've pheno hunted 60+ crosses in my career, best one yet by far.

No way in hell it's 35-42 days.

Cindy 99 is the only sativa dominant plant that might come close to that, and it's 56 days at best.

But if by some impossible chance you did have a 42 day SSH, then you'd have the holy grail.

Here's a Doctor Who and an Alien Blueberry cross flipped the same day.

Calling the alien cross the Ayyy LMA-OG ahahahahaha. Also, Dr. Who? by homegrown natural wonders (recreation of SubCool's) is the most robust plant I've ever grown. Absolute pleasure all the way, clones root in a couple days and the thing is just all stretch from there with massive OG nuggets all over it (every pheno is basically the same with more or less fade toward the end). Would very highly recommend, best OG without being OG, very interesting leaf curl trait that is persistent with Subcool's Mad Scientist that was a parent of the good Dr.

Impossible chance my bumper, don't take my word for it though, seeds are like $45. Durban was originally selected for having the fastest flowering period of anything at the time, the parent was an f1 of an extremely fast flowering pheno. Also, there was a durbin parent in the GSC lineage that originally spawned all the cookie madness. Here's a properly grown Thin-mint from leafly that has the same structure as my twizzler pheno but takes 8-9 weeks to flower.
