Flat White vs Glossy

Rather than painting I thought I would pin up white poster board....quicker/easier than painting with a nice consistent surface...any thoughts?

there are degrees of "brightness" in poster or foam board just like in copy paper. usually brighter is more expensive. hard to beat a quality bright white ceiling paint for a grow room, IMO.

I think the paper would not give the same reflective properties that a flat white paint would give but it is better than nothing after all. But you don't want glossy, get it a flat white color.

Yes definitely use flat white. I would think paint would be a better surface than posters. With all the moisture if might be a recipe for growing mold in-between the poster and the wall. The poster will absorb moisture as well

i am a recycler
i vote u get a cheap tents and then cut them and use to line the walls (alot of them come with flood tubs ) so u get that plus the floor itself
then the poles u just add some dowel rods or a thin piece of steel and u have bars to use overhead to hang things ......use some 4x4s for post

when u are done can take it all down room looks normal and u get the best surface u can for light reflecting
