Well, @Alex Lau how many watts do you feel the Coolbay can handle running your Luna 300? 330 watts without issues? At 250 watts do you have a cheaper option than this? This is an excellent price for passive high power cooling. I wouldn't mind shorter and fatter, but I only find them in China and shipping kills it for me.

You should consider our inhouse matching heatsinks, that are shorter and a little fatter. They also weight extremely light.

We use an inhouse patented fin process- reduced weight and overall temperature.

Our 240W heatsink is 50 dollars, our 320w heatsink is 64 dollars and our 600W heatsink is 241 dollars.

They are all passive, and are matching to their corresponding Flip Chip COBs.

240W heatsink can cool Luna 250 and a 320w heatsink can effectively cool Luna 300.

^^Yeah...saw that...wow...just wow...I mean...that's just....ridiculous.

A big company like this should just under-price everyone, sell a TON of lights and make a name in the grow light arena that way. Nobody is going to bite at that price. There's just too many lights that have better selling points out there. They won't win over the OCD efficiency guys with their numbers. That's for sure. The Flip Chip Opto stuff is a curiosity at this point. Curious people are willing to take a stab -IF the price is such that they won't feel ripped off if the lights don't perform noticeably better than whatever else is out there...but a single-emitter fixture for nearly a grand?....no!

These should be priced at $200.00 each. They could sell a thousand and make 200,000...rather than selling 20 for a thousand each...I dunno...That's my opinion.

@vahpor it was in a 2'x4' tent.
@MeGaKiLlErMaN I have been around .8 grams per watt, but my last couple runs just got worse and I changed back to soil on this last run. My current run is in my sig. The vertical section is the Luna 300 and the other section is CLU058's.

Not bad but I hope it gets a bit better going vertical something must be up what's the efficientcy at? That's key in getting g/w numbers over 1

The problem isn't the lights, it is me growing. The vertical section is done so I can have better access to the others. I only have about 70 square feet in an L-shape. If you look at my last couple runs, I had more and more problems. I am not sure if my nuts went bad or what, but the same setup just got worse and worse, so I went back to soil and now run Missions line of organic fertilizer. I would usually run into problems by now (week4-5). I just am not a good gardener and some a lot of time the room comes last on my to do list.

I understand completely lol sometimes it's last on my list but I am pretty close to automated in hydro so it works out over all.
