Hey all,

Looking to setup a 3'x3 or 4'x4 flood and drain table.

2 main questions,

1. What should i use to support the tray? Cinderblocks and a couple boards? Build a 2x4 frame? PVC frame? (plan on using an expanded silica rock similar to higromite, kinda heavy like lava rocks)

2. What nutrients? I would prefer to use something cheap like Jacks but im looking for something with nitrate nitrogen and around a 3-2-2 ish for veg and 1-3-2 for flowering.

Would be open to all suggestions on my questions or general F&D tips :P

THanks!
