Flood and Drain Watering???

Hi there I have a 4x8 Flood and drain system. I have 120 plants that are short indica and I am planning to do a lolly pop SOG Grow. The clones are in 2 inch styrofoam cubes then pluged into 4" Rockwool cubes. I have a 4x8 coco mat on the bottom of the tray.80% of the clones have at least rooted through the 2"plugs. I am currently hand watering with floara nova 1 part grow by hand. Once all the clones are close to 100% rooting and growing I will start the flood and drain but my question for now is how often should I really be watering the cubes. I am watering from the top Thanks.

maybe just flood once a day for 5 min. and see from there? I know the coka mat and cubes will retain alot of water
