floralicious plus or superthrive?

i have both, not sure which to use with my diamond nectar as a foliar spray, using floralicious now, should i switch, use both, or are they pretty much the same thing?

I would not spray with ST as it can f a grow very fast if too much is used. Use ST only when you transplant at 10 drops per gallon. Some use it at other times as well.

I use ST during EVERY watering, @ 1 tsp per gal (that 4x's recommended). However, I am in soil, and NOT hydro!
