Hmmm was it a law made or did a judge just declare it unconstitutional? Either way I think they will get off with a good lawyer.

Gotta read the article, HS.
The Supreme court ruled against it 5-2 in the case Jardines vs The State of Florida.
Ruled meaning a new law and the Po-Po cannot do it anymore or again.
This case will also be pointed at in other states where the same thing has/will occur, by defending lawyers.

Flo Grow where did you get them air pots
http://cgi.ebay.com/Superoot-Air-Pot-7-5-ltr-2-gal-plant-container-/190456015345?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&var=&hash=item7216af7dbf

I have the above 7.5L for veg/bloom and the 3L (0.8gal) to start the seeds/seedlings in for the 3 - 4 weeks.
I HIGHLY recommend them both.
The transplant doesn't even fill like a transplant and there's virtually NO shock or the plants "noticing" you upgraded them.
Unwrap the little frame and it fits perfectly into the larger pots.
Put enough medium in the bottom of the larger pot so that the plant is level with the top, then just fill in the sides.
You can pack them unlike a traditional pot, with no ill effects.
In fact the manufacturer TELLS you to pack it like you wouldn't a normal pot because of all the air space you will get.
I didn't believe it the 1st time I did a pot, then when I watered it down after the transplant my shit/plant sunk like an inch deeper ALL around.
So I had to take it out and re-do it right and they loved it !!
If/when I go back to ProMix HP/Coco/Perlite (1:1:1 ratio) I'll only use Air Pots.
They outperformed my Smart Pots (2 and 3 gal) in a side by side personal grow, using the 2gal (7.5L) AP's !!
The difference in root mass AND development was unreal !

From what I thought, it's using dogs to gain probable cause for houses only right? Or does that go for cars too?

Correct D2.
They were using "tips from neighbors" plus the dogs sniffing ON the property, around doors and windows, and if the dog said there were narcotics then they go back and ask for the search warrant.
They can no longer do that. ^^^
Not the case for cars.
They need a search warrant to open a LOCKED glove box and trunk, UNLESS you give them permission or probable cause.
Probable cause is you high, them seeing drugs and/or paraphernalia or them smelling the weed.
Then they can go for it.
But if you're sober and they can't see or smell anything, then they need your permission.
Ever notice when they ask for license and reg, they shine the flashlight in your glove box or look into if they already have light, while your looking for your paperwork.
They just got you to open your glove box for them !
While they're questioning you, which is a distraction and anxiety for most , they are also scanning your car for any probable cause laying around in their eyesight.

That's why my car contains absolutely nothing but my license and registration, to prevent any issues. :D

But this is pretty cool for households. Now I can feel a bit more safer growing :D

To quote Jay z "Well my glove compartment is locked, so is the trunk in the back / And I know my rights, so you gonna need a warrant for that"

here in florida they cant use smell as probable cause to search. they just call in the dog then when the dog taps they have probable cause

I live in Haines city. No choppers but no fertile soil except around lakes but the county is too poor to waste money on them choppers and scouts

What up? What up? Man the heat has started in my neck of the woods. Weather wise. LoL. I came across some super good high quality smoke so I picked up a couple grams of what the dude claimed to be named green crack (LoL). It really was green crack. Meaning I could not stop smoking it. I got baked like on half baked. Haha. Anyways I hit gold and found a seed. I hope she is a female. Wish me Luck.

I lived down here in the early 90s for about a year and it was much cheeper for crypto than in Mass for regs. Before I moved back down I was getting ounces in Mass of killer for $100 and regs cost yah $50 a quake down here. What happened down here? Why is weed so expensive down here now?

GYO baby GYO.
I had no choice because I do not know anyone close. If I want to get something I got to drive 3 hours there and then 3 hours back.

I'll tell ya what happened, 2 primary factors 1.greed, and 2.everyone wants 2 the middleman... So it's hard 2 find a good source of trees for a good price..
