I WAS WONDERING if i got some clones and set them outside how big would they get before they flower ....would this be worth my time??

if you put them out now, they will start flowering. too late for that idea, unless you get them big inside then put them outside

Yes you can put them out now. Depending on your growing season is how good they will do. They will grow to be a one little bud. How big it will get? To many factors.
