in a few spots the hairs are turning brown but it's only 3 weeks 1 day into flowering i think its because they where in the dark for awhile because of power being out due to winter storm or could it be some kind of nute burn?? never heard of it happening but i use 12-55-6 super bloom every where else on the plant looks fine tho they where on 7-7 but now there going to be on 10-10 because thats when the power came back on so i reset my timer to on 10am off 10pm

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Seems fine to me. Post a few pics so we can see what you're talking about.

when did you take the clones. If you take clones from a plant that has already begin to flower you might see this problem, then the flowers dont always go back to veg. even if you have 24 hour light for 2-3- weeks sometimes they just keep flowering.

dont know if this is the case but might be ? ?

Is there any chance that they came in contact with any pollen? That'll turn the hairs brown too, and give you some seeds.LOL

I'd double check to make sure there aren't any hermies, just to be safe.

Its just 1 plant and im 100% positive its not a hermi and i think its because there not getting enough light in those spots

Look on Youtube, and there are a bunch there. Most of them are crap though, so make sure you watch enough of them so that you can distinguish between the bullshit and the solid advice. Another search term to use(other than "trim" or "prune") is "'topping' cannabis" if you need advice on that, also. Some videos contain advice on both techniques. I top my plants, but I don't trim them at all, unless it's removing dead leaves. I've never found the benefit to outweigh the stress, and think it's unnecessary. I'm sure lots will disagree, but that's my opinion.8)

I wouldn't worry about the "dry" sound/feeling of the leaves, as long as they are a nice green color and look healthy. It sounds normal, but it's hard to tell without seeing them IRL.
