flowering in an aerogarden with hps

my friend has had 3 plant going for a little more than a month, and just switched to an hps and 12/12 on monday. today he found out hes movin at the end on the month so only has maybe 18 days left until the plants have to go. it there time enough to get any smokeable bud out of those plants?

I'd say "NO" mine where in flowering staff in my hydro for 3 weeks before I saw anything like a bud, but after that they grew like a wild fire.

if its not enough time, then any ideas on how they could be transported? its only a 30-40 min drive.
