Flowering light schedule conflict!

Hi I could use some advice I'm hoping someone can help me out. Im having a wierd situation and it's to complicated to explain why but heres the issue... I have two plants that are nearly 4 weeks into flower and they are going to have to be moved into another room. The other room is on a different flowering schedule though.. this the dillema. So what it comes down to is would it be better to have 6 extra hours of dark before resuming a regular 12/12 schedule or should I split it up with 3 hours extra dark and 3 hours extra light for the first light cycle in the new tent...then it'll be on a regular schedule again.
So to clarify if that's too confusing.
The 2 that need moved are currently on from 7pm-7am..they are going into a room that's on from 1am to 1pm. So there's a 6 hour overlap. I know for sure I'm not giving 6 hours of extra light...but I'm not sure if I should just split it down the middle and do 3 extra dark and 3 extra light one time. Or 6 extra dark one time.

Keep the light going, I've ran them a full 24 hrs and kept the 12 hr dark period. It is longer continuous light that causes reveg.

IMO, I would go for extra 6 hrs of lights off. So, its okay to go 18 hrs of darkness to change your schedule.

So your saying to keep the light on for 18 hours one time? That was the only one I wasn't considering...it seems that more light would be worse then more dark. But I will take it into consideration now. I will see what the consensus is. Thanks!

That's what I was leaning towards but didn't know if I should just split it up. Thanks for your input!
