Flowering nutes

So I have 2 plants that are about a month and a half old and are starting to preflower I haven't really gave them nutes maybe once or twice how should I go about starting with the flowering nutes

Sounds like they're ready to switch to 12/12.

Idk what nutes your using, but your plants are old enough to be able to handle a full strength dose. So just follow the instructions on the bag/bottle. It depends on what nutes your using, but I feed every other watering with my 3 part nutes.

1) Read the bottle
2) Do that

You should at least say what type of nutes you have and whether it's soil or hydro.

Don't forget to check your PH

I'm using green planet full line and sunshine mix 4 how long can I wait before switching to 12 12 because I have others I want to flower at the same time that are a few weeks behind

First, feed grow nutes into flowering for the first 2 to 3 weeks. Then feed a 1/4 strength bloom feed. If the bloom nutes don't contain micros then consider adding them.
