flowering questions

i am useing grow and bloom plant food i read somewhere that u shouldent change from the grow to the bloom straight away anyone now how long to leave before started them on the bloom plantfood also does anyone now how long it takes after changing to a 12/12 for a plant to start to preflower becuase i was thinking of starting it on the bloom nuts when it does this would i be right in thinking this if anyone can help would be great thx

I switch over to the Bloom nutes once the plants start to make flowers. I use to do it as soon as I went to 12/12 but found that by waiting until flowers show the plants tend to run out of Nitrogen later in the flowering phase. It also seems to help with the growth spurt brought on by the 12/12. They really explode and I give them a heavy dose of veg nutes when flipping to 12/12. This works well for me. thx mate i just found 1 male out the 5 im growing all have preflowered quite shocked 4 are female :P will start giving them bloom at the end of the week i think thxfor advice
