fluorescent lights question

i have a fluorescent lights that im growing with and i wanted to know can i flower with the blue bulbs that comes in the fixture.....wanted to because i can not afford to buy the red bulbs

They'll flower but the buds will probably be airy. You're better off using red/bloom bulbs for the whole grow instead of the other way around. Ideally though you want to switch them.

yeah go ahead, a single (red) one would help though.
