fluorescent tube Wide spectrum vs. Daylight

Which is the better tube for veg I have been using the Wide Spectrum Aqua and Plant it's 1900 lumens i Have 2 40' 1 20' but have been looking and noticed they have the daylight tubes that produce like 3000 somthing lumens. I was going to go and pick those up, and uninstall another 40 inch tube fixture out of my garage and put the wide spec bulbs and try to hang it up in there to.

You would do better with the daylight. Most aqua/plant tubes have low intensity and don't do well at growing pot.

hey i bought 2 24 inch fluresent tubes and they say there good for grow plants and flower what do you think each 1 has 75watt eqivelent
is there any better tubes i can buy at like home depot or lowes

6500K/Daylight CFLs..............no doubt.

the bare min of lumens should be 2000.use the daylight and keep the lights within 2in of grow tips.
