flushed for 5 days can I harvest?

on 4.19 I flushed a fairly small ( ~3' one main cola) exodus uk cheese with plain water hygrozyme and clearex. after that gallon I then ran a gallon of straight water thru and have been feeding it plain PHd water now for 6 days. the runoff PPM is 250 but the leaves havent shown any sign of deficiency whereas the larger plants I started flushing at the same time are def. getting deficient looking ready to harvest. My question is even though the plant is still dark green should I be free of fertilizer taste now if I harvest? Again I started water a week ago and runoff ppm is 250, water is clear.
