Flushing advice

I am about to do my first grow(aeroponic/hydro) and I have heard and seen mixed info on flushing the nute tub.
Some say do it bi weekly and others say it is not necessary and to just monitor the ppm/ph/temp and water level...
Any advice?

Not sure if thiis is what you mean but here goes. Yes you do want to change you res every 10-14 days. And also you want to monitor and adjust you ph inbetween changes. Say you are using a flood/drain table with hydroton. Maybe every 4-6 weeks you may want to flush the medium in the table just to freshen things abit. Aeroponic though you can just rinse the system well each res change, really no medium to speak of to get salt build up.
