at this point in the stage it will be pretty hard to kill em from overwatering... are you in soil? or in coco?
if soil, flush about twice or 3 times the pot size, like 2 gallon pot flush with 4 or 6 gallons water,,, wait 5 days, flush again wait 10 days....chop..
even if u flush daily u prob woud not over water, but you prob shouldnt flush daily,, twice big is goood.

No you shouldnt be at any risk, just flush them and then wait tell they need watered again then maybe do it again, then stay on straight water. What kind of nutes are you using?

I am using MG all purpose plant food and growing in soil the reason i am asking is cause i would like to flush my plant that will be done flowering in 7 days, but I want to chop it in a way that it will grow back in a v. ( only 1.5' high) So in another words I want to flush the soil, chop and have it grow back again for another harvest. I've read that you can harvest one plant 3 times and than it dies, is this true? cause marijuana is an annual plant and in the wild once it is done budding it dies. So really I wanna know if after I clip it can I put it under veg lighting and let it get big again for another harvest?

I know a guy who does this all the time. He is an old timer and doesnt believe in the clone thing. He has probably done it 5 or 6 times. As long as you can bring that plant back each time its endless on how many times you can overall do it. But that is a waste of time. Grow your plant and take clones then you dont have to wait as long to start your process again.
